Dzisiaj, dorosle zycie rozpoczyna
sie kolo trzydziestki : pracujemy, tworzymy zwiazki, mamy dzieci.
Poprzez portret swojego otoczenia, Olivier Roller zadaje pytanie na
temat tej tozsamosci, ukazujac ludzi w minimalistycznym kadrze. Próbuje
takze odgadnac esencje indywiduum, co sprawia,ze kazdy z nas jest
inny.
Today,
it is towards the age of 30 years that adult's life gets organized:
we work, we put ourselves in couple, we make children. Through portraits
of his circle of acquaintances, Olivier Roller asks the question of
this identity by staging the persons in a minimalist frame.
He so tries to suspect what constitutes the essence of the individual,
what makes that it is the other one.
Aujourd'hui, c¹est vers l'âge de
30 ans que la vie d’adulte s’organise : on travaille,
on se met en couple, on fait des enfants.
À travers des portraits de son entourage, Olivier Roller pose
la question de cette identité en mettant en scène les
personnes dans un cadre minimaliste. Il cherche ainsi à entrevoir
ce qui constitue l¹essence même de l¹individu, ce
qui fait qu¹il est l¹autre.
